Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Manager - IGA to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the IGA Supermarket team in product presentation and merchandising
  • Driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met
  • Daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans
  • Maintain IGA compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration
