Retail Litigation Associate

• Represent a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation
• Represent clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels

• 5-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in the areas of consumer class actions, retail and e-commerce, privacy, and/or product liability litigation
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience managing cases
• Attention to detail
• Interest in business development
• Active bar license in Washington State
• CEMA or mass arbitration experience is a plus
