Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience building or supporting Windows-based POS systems
Experience supporting business reporting tools
Minimum 1 year of IT experience within the retail industry
Data analysis skills
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Experience working in a global company or retail/fashion brand back-office environment
Business-level Japanese
Business-level English reading and writing (email communication is sufficient
translation tools are acceptable)
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and customer-focused problem-solving mindset
