About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a Retail Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of new store openings, refurbishments and in-store initiatives across our network. Working closely with retailers, internal teams and external partners, you’ll help plan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard - bringing store concepts to life.

Job Responsibility

  • Support planning and delivery of store projects including new stores, refurbishments and upgrades across Sydney Metro, willingness to travel
  • Partner with retailers and stakeholders to develop and execute project plans
  • Coordinate store layouts, planograms, signage and in-store collateral
  • Provide guidance on equipment upgrades and store improvements
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and milestones across multiple initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet agreed outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in project or retail implementation roles
  • Experience with supermarket fit-outs or refurbishments (desirable)
  • Strong project coordination and budgeting skills
  • Ability to interpret plans and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
