Job Description:

This role involves supporting Sales & Marketing efforts at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami, managing sales-related documents, communicating with clients, and maintaining Marriott's luxury hospitality standards. It is full-time, onsite, and focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
gather materials and assemble information packages
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty
respond to guest questions about property facilities/services
serve as the point of contact for clients
communicate with clients by phone and email
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
welcome and acknowledge all guests
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
speak with others using clear and professional language
prepare and review written documents accurately
answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
comply with quality assurance standards
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
