Requirements

Supervise day-to-day operations of the produce area
Train employees on produce preparation and proper use of equipment
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
Ensure all produce areas and displays are clean and tidy
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Forklift experience is required
Catalogs and codes invoices according to procedure
Takes initiative to identify report and resolve problems before they escalate
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend and reach – This job will require you to load and unload trucks
Verify both outgoing and incoming shipments, checking for quality assurance and refusing any damaged goods
Maintain files of shipments sent and received
Track packages and keep records of shipped items
Proven customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good work ethic
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work as a good team member
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Total availability for any shift for both morning and afternoon shifts 7 days a week
