Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Ability to accurately read and work with a variety of computer systems
Possess one to three years of previous retail supervisory experience
A sincere willingness to perpetuate the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai philosophy of Aloha and Ho’okipa to promote a warm and friendly atmosphere among staff, peers, guests and residents
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Capability of multi-tasking and functioning well under pressure
Able to set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
Possess a high work ethic and sense of integrity
Works with a sense of responsibility and purpose for the roles filled within our team
Has a keen eye and interest for fashion, visual merchandising and the details of merchandise presentation

Job Responsibility

Lead, supervise, develop and support your Sales Associates to provide our guests with exceptional customer service
Assist with the training, evaluation, and empowerment of your shops team
Present a professional image and character in appearance, words and actions
Be an active participant in both the Retail and Resort Management teams
Create and build positive relationships with our guests, homeowners, staff and venders
Help to achieve all quantitative goals such as sales volume, units per transaction, sales per square foot, operational expenses, inventory shortages, and staff retention levels are kept in check
Ensure that all Four Season Resort Hualalai standards are maintained and embraced
Stay abreast of all trends related to your area of responsibility and “Benchmark” other properties for inspiration
Maintain a well organized and safe working environment
Participate in the planning and execution of physical store inventories
