Retail field sales manager

• Serve as a brand ambassador
• Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity
• Follow established store visit protocols
• Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel
• Serve as an expert on all Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem
• Oversee the merchandising of Samsung displays
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for retail sales associates
• Take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving unit sell-out
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers
• Drive the execution of field initiatives through daily store visits

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience
• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage
• Daily Travel required, may include travel with overnight stays
• Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius of the outermost store
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
