Supports key activities across the Retail Corporate teams for the Americas, contributing to initiatives in Retail Training, CRM, and Private Clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate training logistics for Immersions and virtual sessions
  • Maintain and update training calendar and training library
  • Track training performance
  • Support cross-functional training needs
  • Assist in producing reports and analysis for CRM
  • Contribute to seasonal projects and in-store activations
