Job Description:

Supports key activities across the Retail Corporate teams for the Americas, contributing to initiatives in Retail Training, CRM, and Private Clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate training logistics for Immersions and virtual sessions
  • Maintain and update training calendar and training library
  • Track training performance
  • Support cross-functional training needs
  • Assist in producing reports and analysis for CRM
  • Contribute to seasonal projects and in-store activations
  • Support email marketing and CRM operations
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy
  • Coordinate logistics and client-related deliverables for Fashion Shows and seasonal presentations
  • Coordinate with Residence Manager on event-related tasks
  • Manage gifting inventory
  • Maintain and update client lists monthly
