Job Description

The Retail Excellence Intern will support the Retail Excellence Manager in global and regional Retail Excellence activities, contributing to training, digital learning, KPI analysis, retail standards deployment, and cross-functional coordination to improve store performance and elevate client experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Retail Excellence Manager and assist in defining and implementing Retail Excellence standards in collaboration with functions such as Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Bespoke, VIC&CRM, Marketing, and HR
  • Support the preparation and coordination of retail training sessions, webinars, and workshops
  • Help analyze data and weekly KPIs to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities
  • Support the organization of the retail conventions and other related events during the year
  • Contribute to content creation and maintenance of the e-learning platform

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge and interest in the luxury Retail environment
