Job Description

As the Retail E-commerce Lead, you will be fully responsible for business development and operational management of the retail products on third-party online e-commerce platforms. You will lead and inspire your team to deeply exploit the potential of these channels, driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships with established platforms and emerging channels. This role demands exceptional capabilities in strategic planning, team leadership, resource integration, and data analysis to enhance brand value, product accessibility, and patient services, while ensuring all operational activities strictly comply with corporate standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategy & Business Planning: Responsible for setting sales targets and formulating operational strategies for retail products on e-commerce channels
  • Lead the development of annual/quarterly online marketing plans and monthly sales plans based on market insights and internal business analysis
  • Coordinate key partners, including supply chain, finance, and marketing, to clarify budget and resource allocation, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives
  • Channel Expansion & Innovation: Drive strategic partnerships with major e-commerce platforms and emerging channels such as health/private clinics/medical aesthetics
  • Explore and develop innovative business models to expand channel breadth and depth, generating incremental business growth
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, develop, and mentor the team

  • Internal & External Collaboration: Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key platform partners, securing premium resources
  • Effectively coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations and strict adherence to all company policies and industry regulations
  • Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all online operational activities strictly comply with company compliance policies, industry guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • a major in Marketing, Medicine, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience on the pharmaceutical/healthcare and internet industry, with at least 5 years in e-commerce platform operation management and proven team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in online channel expansion and operation for pharmaceutical products or health-related consumer goods, with deep knowledge and practical experience on platforms like JD.com, Alibaba, and Meituan
  • Outstanding brand marketing planning skills, market insight, and strategic thinking
  • Strong project management and overall planning capabilities, with the ability to forecast and manage project risks
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and management specifications within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong achievement motivation, excellent execution, planning, and time management skills
