Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage in-store visual communication and printed material operations to ensure strong brand consistency, effective campaign execution, and an enhanced customer experience across all retail channels
  • Plan, execute, and monitor in-store visual merchandising and branding implementations in line with corporate guidelines
  • Manage end-to-end POP material processes, including production, logistics, distribution, and in-store execution
  • Oversee all printed materials operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency
  • Design and develop visual materials tailored to product launches and campaign periods based on store-specific needs
  • Create innovative and functional visual solutions aligned with brand identity for different store formats and channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of visual projects
  • Lead visual communication efforts for seasonal campaigns, special events, and new product launches across stores
  • Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and quality of visual and printed materials production
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit visual implementations, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Generate insights and propose enhancements to improve in-store customer experience through visual communication
  • Stay up to date with retail trends, competitor practices, and new production techniques to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Presentable with strong analytical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both Turkish and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • No restrictions for frequent field visits and on-site store engagements
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Curious mindset with a passion for research and continuous learning
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on execution and delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
