Job Description:

As a Retail Deputy Manager at TUI's Manchester shop, you will lead, inspire, coach, and develop a large team to deliver exceptional sales and customer service while achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

Lead by example and role model company values to inspire your team and deliver excellent customer service
Guide, coach and develop your team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
Assist your manager in developing the team to proactively investigate and resolve every question or complaint
Work with a variety of systems to improve the customer digital journey
Monitor and report on customer feedback, spot trends, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow the business
Assist with recruiting talent, maintaining a high level of engagement and a low level of attrition.

Requirements:

Proven passion for leading by example and delivering excellent customer service
Confident and fun motivator and driven to achieve goals and sales targets
Skilled at balancing multiple tasks, following company policies and procedures and confident to stay motivated when challenges arise
Flexible to embrace change and adapt easily to new ways of working
Trusted mentor with a fair and inclusive management style who recognises people are our most valued asset
An organised individual who takes pride in their work and communicates effectively
Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in-line with shop opening and closing times.
