Job Description:

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused person to lead the performance, development, and growth of our custom-made kitchens, appliances, and specialised kitchen products across in our Plan and Order Point in Belrose, Sydney. In this role, you will drive our kitchen sales agenda, strengthen range competence, and ensure our offer continues to meet customer needs while delivering strong commercial results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the range of custom-made kitchens, appliances, and unique kitchen articles
  • Driving the kitchen sales program in line with country goals and action plans
  • Providing range expertise across the matrix structure to support the commercial calendar and agenda
  • Analysing current and future trends to identify and optimise commercial opportunities
  • Conducting competitor analysis and delivering recommendations to support business objectives
  • Forecasting sales and reporting on key performance metrics and results
  • Partnering with media and sales channels to drive customer visitation and purchasing frequency
  • Leading the rollout of the Kitchen Range Competence Plan with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitating learning and development through training programs, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job mentoring
  • Complete Profit and Loss responsibility for the business unit

Requirements:

  • Commercially minded and a proven track record in driving results, with a strong customer focus
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail/commercial environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-led business, delivering a positive end-to-end experience
  • Skilled in active selling by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant solutions
