Job Description:

Retail Customer Service position focused on returns and customer interactions at IKEA. The role involves creating positive customer experiences, handling transactions, solving problems, and building customer loyalty through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creates a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders
  • Records information accurately for analysis
  • Meets customers' needs and solves problems independently
  • Builds loyalty by ensuring positive customer journey
  • Builds emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions
  • Provides simple and efficient handout experience
  • Provides simple and smooth returns and exchange experience

Requirements:

  • 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18yrs
  • Authorized in US
  • must have open availability especially weekends FRI-Sun between 8am-11pm
