Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Creates a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders
Meets customers' needs, solves problems independently, and recognizes when to escalate to a manager

Provides customers with a simple and efficient handout experience and sells services during handover
Provides a smooth returns and exchange experience, collecting high-quality data for follow-up

Requirements:

1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
must be able to work nights & weekends
