Job Description:

Retail customer service position at IKEA focused on creating positive customer experiences, building loyalty, and providing excellent service throughout the shopping journey including transactions, handouts, and returns.

Job Responsibility:

Creates positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions/orders
Records information accurately for analysis
Meets customers' needs and solves problems independently
Builds loyalty through positive customer journey
Builds emotional connections through meaningful interactions
Provides efficient handout experience
Offers and sells services during handover
Provides smooth returns and exchange experience

Requirements:

1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
