Job Description:

Retail Customer Service position focusing on returns and exchanges, creating positive customer experiences and building loyalty through meaningful interactions in an IKEA retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Creates positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions/orders
Meets customers' needs and solves problems independently
Builds loyalty through positive customer journey
Builds emotional connections through meaningful interactions
Provides simple and efficient handout experience
Offers and sells services during handover
Provides simple returns and exchange experience

Requirements:

1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
