Job Description:

Working in our retail teams, you’ll enhance Betfred customers’ experiences every single day. From our gaming machines to our sports offering, you will need to be on the ball when it comes to our products and services. In doing so, you will help create a welcoming environment where our customers’ experiences are always enjoyable and responsible. No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include: Processing customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner. Attending to all customer queries quickly and knowledgeably. Engaging customers with expert knowledge of our products and promotions. Supporting key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar. Maintaining a well-presented environment which customers love to be a part of. Being a team player – collaboration is key to improving the customer experience. Handling cash transactions with the upmost care and accuracy. Following our Think 25 policy and adhering to our age verification processes.
