Supporting the in-store customer experience team to build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day operations assigned by Team Leader including opening and/or closing duties
Troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions such as emergency and incident response
Enhance shopping journey by collaborating with all functions
Ensure customers receive consistent information
Record information in relevant systems
Enhance customer relationships to boost sales
Forge team mindset centered around first time right for every customer
Take part in additional department responsibilities
Contribute to environment where IKEA culture is strong and living reality
Requirements:
3 years of related experience
1 year of experience in a customer service and customer-focused environment
Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (1-25lbs)
Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required
