Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll provide exceptional in-store customer experiences, sell Telstra's products and services, and help customers with their telecommunications needs. This is a part-time role based in the Smithfield store, offering team performance-related bonuses and extensive training opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Showcase knowledge on latest tech and gadgets
Provide solutions for customers
Support customers through consultative service approach
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
Ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, while still providing excellent customer service
