Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra, you will provide outstanding customer service and support customers in selecting products and services to transform their telecommunications experience. The role involves working in a target-driven retail environment where continuous training and career growth are emphasized.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer journey
Use progressive sales approach and consultative service to support customers
Help customers identify products and services to transform their telecommunications experience

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build connections with a variety of new and existing customers
Ability to quickly develop customised solutions
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow
Enjoyment of a fast-paced, busy retail environment
Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service
