Job Description:

Working in a Telstra Retail Store offers an opportunity for tech-curious problem solvers to build a meaningful career within a market leader. The role focuses on providing an exceptional customer service experience while staying updated on the latest technological trends, products, and services.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
Showcase consultative service skills and solutions

Build connections with new and existing customers

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
Ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs

Love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, while still providing excellent customer service
