Job Description:

Telstra is hiring a Retail Consultant at their Cairns location to deliver outstanding customer service, build customised solutions for customers, and achieve sales targets. Employees will receive continuous training, career growth opportunities, and access to exclusive benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
showcase progressive sales approach and consultative service superpowers
support and provide solutions for customers
collaborate with customers to identify the products and services they need

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role and beyond
love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
