Job Description:

As a Retail Consultant, you will work in a Telstra Retail Store, providing outstanding customer service and assisting customers with tech and telecommunications solutions. It is a target-driven role focused on offering an exceptional customer experience while achieving KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
collaborate with customers to identify products and services they need
stay trained on cutting-edge tech and gadgets
use consultative service to support and provide solutions for customers
achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
capability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role and beyond
love for being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment and providing excellent customer service
