Job Description:

Telstra is hiring! Join our Penrith store as a Retail Consultant on a casual basis. You'll work in a target-driven environment, showcasing the latest in tech and gadgets, providing solutions for customers, and building your career within a market leader.

Job Responsibility:

Provide in-store customer service
empower customers by identifying products and services needed
showcase knowledge and progressive sales approach
achieve sales targets and KPIs
ensure consultative service solutions

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
ability to build a connection with new and existing customers
hunger to learn and grow within the role and beyond
ability to work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment
providing excellent customer service
