As a Retail Sales Consultant at Telstra, your role involves delivering exceptional customer service in-store by showcasing cutting-edge tech and gadgets. You’ll work in a target-driven, fast-paced retail environment focused on achieving sales KPIs and providing customised solutions to enhance customers’ telecommunications experience. Job Responsibility:

Provide solutions for customers through progressive sales approaches and consultative service
deliver an exceptional in-store customer journey
help customers get connected with cutting-edge tech and gadgets

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
ability to quickly develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
enjoy being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, providing excellent customer service
