Job Description:

As a Retail Consultant at Telstra, you'll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment helping customers enhance their telecommunications experience. Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer service
offer customized solutions for customers
stay up-to-date on cutting-edge tech and gadgets
support customers in their telecommunications experience
meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to easily build connections with new and existing customers
ability to develop customized solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
strong customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
