Job Description:

Telstra is hiring Retail Consultants to provide outstanding customer service and support customers in a fast-paced retail environment, offering the best tech solutions and personalising the in-store experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provide in-store customer service
support customers with solutions to transform their telecommunications experience
showcase latest tech and gadgets
develop sales strategies

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to build a connection with a variety of customers
ability to develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
hunger to learn and grow within the role
ability to perform in a fast-paced, busy retail environment
ability to provide excellent customer service
