Job Description:

As a Telstra Retail Consultant, you will delight Telstra’s customers by providing outstanding service and innovative product solutions in an iconic Aussie brand environment. This is a part-time, onsite role at the Fountain Gate location, offering continuous learning opportunities and exciting benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
Showcase knowledge of latest tech and gadgets
Support and provide solutions for customers
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Able to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
Ability to develop customized solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role and beyond
Love for a fast-paced, busy retail environment with excellent customer service skills
