Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional in-store customer journey
Empower customers by identifying the products and services they need
Continuously enhance knowledge about cutting-edge tech and gadgets
Support and provide solutions for customers

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to build connections with new and existing customers
Capability to develop customized solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Hunger to learn and grow within the role
Love for a fast-paced, busy retail environment with excellent customer service
