Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service, support customers with tailored solutions, and stay updated on the latest tech and gadgets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional in-store customer journeys
support customers by identifying products and services they need
showcase knowledge of cutting-edge tech and gadgets
achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role
ability to build connections with new and existing customers
capability to develop customised solutions for customers
drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
interest in learning and growing within the role
ability to work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service
