The Retail Communications Governance Specialist will play a critical role in governing messaging across field leaders and store colleagues, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Work collaboratively within the Retail Communications team and other departments to deploy assets for campaigns across multiple vehicles
Consult on strategy and govern messaging
navigate new and legacy platforms to help evolve the way CVS Health communicates internally
Innovate the way we notify our colleagues and share information they need to know to do their jobs
Support publishing store and field communications (includes copy editing, uploading, and adjusting store distribution lists)
Demonstrate knowledge and strategic insight into new and legacy communication platforms, processes and vehicles based on store experience
Requirements:
2+ years of experience within a communication related role or equivalent CVS corporate or store experience
Ability to travel up-to-10% of the time, based on the needs of the business
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to have:
Experience in front store or pharmacy
Proven ability to influence colleagues who do not report to you and leaders where appropriate
Proficiency in all communication modality programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
Proficiency leveraging remote connection tools (MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.) to collaborate with colleagues
Proficiency in writing and copy-editing messages across various audiences and modalities
Basic understanding of how to measure efficacy of different communication vehicles
