The Retail Communications Governance Specialist will play a critical role in governing messaging across field leaders and store colleagues, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work collaboratively within the Retail Communications team and other departments to deploy assets for campaigns across multiple vehicles
  • Consult on strategy and govern messaging
  • navigate new and legacy platforms to help evolve the way CVS Health communicates internally
  • Innovate the way we notify our colleagues and share information they need to know to do their jobs
  • Support publishing store and field communications (includes copy editing, uploading, and adjusting store distribution lists)
  • Demonstrate knowledge and strategic insight into new and legacy communication platforms, processes and vehicles based on store experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience within a communication related role or equivalent CVS corporate or store experience
  • Ability to travel up-to-10% of the time, based on the needs of the business
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience in front store or pharmacy
  • Proven ability to influence colleagues who do not report to you and leaders where appropriate
  • Proficiency in all communication modality programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
  • Proficiency leveraging remote connection tools (MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.) to collaborate with colleagues
  • Proficiency in writing and copy-editing messages across various audiences and modalities
  • Basic understanding of how to measure efficacy of different communication vehicles
