In a continuously evolving retail landscape, ensuring consistent excellence across markets is more critical than ever. As client expectations grow and service standards evolve, empowering boutiques through structured coaching and performance tools has become a strategic priority. To support this ambition, we are recruiting a Retail Coaching Specialist for a temporary 6‑month assignment. You will play a central role in strengthening our global coaching ecosystem, enhancing retail excellence, and providing field teams with the tools and insights they need to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic environment, collaborate across functions, and contribute directly to global retail performance improvements.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the creation and enhancement of educational KPI tracking tools to improve global retail performance monitoring
  • Support the production of supports to ensure clarity and accessibility
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and insights to support Retail Performance leadership in strategic decision‑making
  • Contribute to retail excellence initiatives aimed at elevating service and customer experience standards
  • Coordinate and engage with the Area Retail Coach Community
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project initiatives supporting the Retail Excellence roadmap

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a retail environment, ideally within the luxury industry
  • Strong understanding of retail operational excellence, customer experience frameworks, and sales processes
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical abilities and ease working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance tools
  • Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with both central and market teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) and basic french

Nice to have

  • Experience in coaching or training retail staff is an advantage
  • Prior involvement in retail coordination or retail performance roles is a strong plus
