Join the Dotti team as Co-Store Manager at our Melbourne Central store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who’s all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. If you’re motivated by fashion, driven by results and passionate about leading your team to success, this is the role for you! This is a Full Time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

Job Responsibility:

Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric
Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential
Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store’s sales opportunities
Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites
Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers
Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs
Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail
A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team
