Job Description:

Retail Cashier position at IKEA Brooklyn, part of the Customer Relations team focused on building and retaining long-lasting relationships with customers in a multichannel retail environment

Job Responsibility:

Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
Provides an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the IKEA restaurant or bistro
Offers additional products and services such credit card, and IKEA Family card
Resolves customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
Provides friendly and efficient food shopping experience while upholding food safety standards

Requirements:

1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
May require you to obtain a food handler's certificate
High School Diploma or equivalent
