Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean
ensure that physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues
address customer needs, resolve issues independently, escalate matters to a manager when needed
support other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
contribute to an environment embracing diversity
provide simple and efficient handout experience
ensure products and equipment are properly staged in Returns
create positive experiences by ensuring accurate order handoff in Click & Collect

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
working conditions outdoor 50% of the time
