Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker, you'll ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining physical shopping tools, cleanliness, and orderliness throughout the store while supporting other customer service areas.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and unloading services
keep the loading zone clean
stock and maintain physical shopping tools
monitor and report issues with physical and digital shopping tools
address customer needs and resolve issues
support in Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
create accurate order handoff experiences
contribute to an environment that embraces diversity

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently
outdoor work 50% of the time
must have open availability Monday through Sunday
