Job Responsibility

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
Keep loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
Ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
Monitor condition of physical and digital shopping tools
Report IT issues
Remove unsafe physical stands or tools
Address customer needs and resolve issues
Support in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed
Ensure products and equipment are properly staged in Returns
Create positive customer experience in Click & Collect
