Job Description:

Join IKEA's diverse team to enhance customer experiences by maintaining shopping tools, assisting in service areas, and fostering positive interactions. Provide efficient loading/unloading services, monitor tool conditions, and address customer needs while supporting the IKEA culture.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
keep the loading zone clean
ensure all shopping tools are stocked and maintained
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools
address customer needs and resolve issues
support in other customer service areas, including Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect
contribute to an inclusive and diverse team environment.

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
outdoor work 50% of the time.
