Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for customers by providing loading/unloading assistance, maintaining shopping tools, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting other areas of customer service when needed.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean
ensure that all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained during business hours
ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing
monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools and report unsafe conditions
address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate when needed
support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect
contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs
walking frequently
working outdoors 50% of the time
ability to work nights and weekends
