Job Description:

As a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, you will provide friendly and efficient car loading/unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean. You'll ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services
Keep loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard
Ensure all physical shopping tools are adequately stocked and maintained
Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing
Monitor condition of physical and digital shopping tools
Report IT issues
Remove unsafe physical stands or tools
Address customer needs and resolve issues
Support in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed
Provide customers with simple and efficient handout experience
Ensure products and equipment are properly staged
Create positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff

Requirements:

Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently
Working Conditions: Outdoor 50% of the time
