Job Description

As part of the Retail Activation team, you will provide essential support in coordinating retail activation activities and managing assets across both offline and online channels. Your focus will be on ensuring timely delivery of campaign materials, maintaining visual standards, and assisting with day-to-day processes that keep our retail presence aligned with the clients high standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage campaign assets for both online and offline activities, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
  • Support the planning and execution of in-store campaigns, pop-ups, and consumer events across direct and indirect channels
  • Work closely with category managers and suppliers to ensure all deliverables meet the clients standards
  • Monitor and maintain the visual standards of fixtures and store elements, ensuring consistency across the retail estate
  • Assist with budget tracking, raise POs, and ensure accurate documentation for assigned projects
  • Support online standards and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in retail activation activities
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects and act as a role model in demonstrating the clients values and behaviours

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail activation, marketing, or event coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with external agencies and suppliers
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus
