Job Description

Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Beauty Merchandisers to join our team, working with top names like L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel, and Maybelline in major high street stores. This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll help keep stands fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers—perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands-on work. We have projects 3 weeks of projects July and more work through 2026.

Job Responsibility

Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to depot for kit collection, which is paid time

Requirements

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided

What we offer

Training paid and fully provided
Work on assignment basis under own supervision
Travel regionally up to 50 miles of home
Field based working in various high street retailers
Monday – Friday full days
Pay rate £13.71 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (must be 21yrs+ and held licence 2 years for insurance purposes), and PPE provided where applicable
Flexibility to work when available on a variety of projects
