Job Responsibility

Refreshing and re-sequencing makeup stands using detailed planograms
Installing new components and updating visuals/graphics
Ensuring stands look fresh and inviting for customers
Collecting kits from your local depot (paid time)

What we offer

Paid Training: Full training provided in December, paid before Christmas
Flexible Work: Project-based assignments throughout 2026
Great Pay: £15 per hour + expenses (fuel, parking, etc.)
Travel: Regional work upto 50 miles of home
Support: Uniform, PPE, and company van provided (for business use, must be 21yrs+ for insurance)
Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, when projects are available

Prior experience in a merchandising or retail admin role
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

Job Responsibility

Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc performance reports
Maintain daily sales trackers with accurate and timely data
Support Planning and E-commerce teams with performance insights and analysis
Assist with stock allocation across multiple sales channels and warehouses
Ensure key trackers (Ecom, Stock on Hand, Product Library) are consistently accurate
Monitor lead times and delivery schedules for timely stock management
Help maintain stock parameters and availability across multiple warehouse locations
Upload and manage accurate pricing and promotions across regions, currencies, and platforms
Collate and analyse data to report on promotional effectiveness
Liaise with suppliers for order confirmations, reorders, and delivery updates

6+ years of experience in visual merchandising operations and project management, ideally within the beauty industry and open-sell retail environments
Proven understanding of merchandising timelines, display/print development and production processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with agility, meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality results
Effectively communicates through proactive interaction and attentive follow-up

Job Responsibility

Partner with the sales team as the VM point of contact to ensure all gondola and retail updates are delivered on time and on budget
Act as the main liaison with fixture vendors, leading weekly calls and coordinating between meetings to drive development progress and on-time execution
Integrate and manage timelines across fixture vendors, sales, marketing, and creative teams to plan the global seasonal updates schedule
Partner with Creative Operations and designers to review project scope, timelines, artwork reviews and approval process
Input projects, tasks, and timelines into Asana and follow up regularly to ensure on-time execution
Proactively keep cross-functional partners informed through meeting agendas and actionable recaps, while identifying potential risks early, communicating critical updates, and recommending solutions
