Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Lending products, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives and financial goals
  • Own the lending product portfolio, including P&L accountability, pricing strategy, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and business expansion
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, compliance, operations, and IT teams to design, launch, and enhance lending products, balancing customer experience with risk and profitability
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize product performance, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10–12 years of experience in product management within banking or fintech, with strong exposure to lending/loan products
  • In-depth knowledge of Egyptian banking regulations, credit risk management, and digital lending platforms
  • Proven experience in strategic product planning, portfolio management, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution

Desirable certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Manager, or Certified Credit Professional (CCP)
