Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Card products, aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and revenue targets
Own the card product portfolio, including P&L accountability, pricing strategy, and market share growth
Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and customer engagement
Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, IT, and vendor partners to design, launch, and enhance card products while ensuring regulatory compliance
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize product performance, improve customer experience, and implement scalable solutions
Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, revenue, and profitability
provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Act as the senior bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet strategic objectives without deep involvement in day-to-day technical execution
Influence business stakeholders on card product decisions, balancing regulatory requirements, market trends, and business priorities
Lead initiatives to innovate loyalty programs, card features, and digital enhancements to increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
10–12 years of experience in product management within banking or fintech, with strong exposure to Card products
Proven expertise in strategic product planning, portfolio management, and leading cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of Egyptian banking regulations and card operations
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience in driving revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and P&L accountability
Desirable certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Manager, or equivalent in cards or banking
