Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Card products, aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and revenue targets
  • Own the card product portfolio, including P&L accountability, pricing strategy, and market share growth
  • Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, IT, and vendor partners to design, launch, and enhance card products while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize product performance, improve customer experience, and implement scalable solutions
  • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, revenue, and profitability
  • provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Act as the senior bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet strategic objectives without deep involvement in day-to-day technical execution
  • Influence business stakeholders on card product decisions, balancing regulatory requirements, market trends, and business priorities
  • Lead initiatives to innovate loyalty programs, card features, and digital enhancements to increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10–12 years of experience in product management within banking or fintech, with strong exposure to Card products
  • Proven expertise in strategic product planning, portfolio management, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of Egyptian banking regulations and card operations
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in driving revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and P&L accountability
  • Desirable certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Manager, or equivalent in cards or banking
