Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Retail Auto Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with auto dealer accounts, manage loan applications and credit portfolio, and work with internal and external partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in building and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex auto dealer accounts
  • Identify opportunity for process improvements within the territory
  • Manage auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio of assigned auto dealerships
  • Establish and maintain dealer relationships
  • Terminate non-performing dealers
  • Resolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Auto finance experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Velocity, and Tableau
  • Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Prospecting dealer opportunities within an assigned market
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to participate in the development and implementation of sales and service goals
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Nice to have:

  • Auto finance experience
