Job Description:

As part of Wells Fargo Auto, the Auto Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and/or high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory. This role will develop and execute strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with medium to large and complex auto dealer accounts
Develop and execute strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues
Assess the needs of auto dealers to ensure satisfaction
Understand profitability and risk of ongoing relationships
Manage auto applications, loan volume, and overall stability of credit portfolio
Terminate non-performing dealers
Resolve complex situations while adhering to policies and compliance requirements
Train and educate dealers around Wells Fargo products and services
Prospect dealer opportunity within assigned market
Grow applications from active dealerships

Requirements:

2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
Flexibility to address incidents as needed
Residency in assigned territory

Ability to participate in the development and implementation of sales and service goals
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Auto finance experience
Previous experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
