Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Retail Auto Relationship Management Manager to lead a team managing relationships with medium to large auto dealer accounts, ensure growth and development of dealer relationships, manage loan volume and credit portfolio stability, and execute retail sales goals.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a high performing team of managers responsible for managing relationships of medium to large and complex high producing auto dealer accounts
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Ensure growth and development of new and existing dealer relationships
Manage auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding the team
Execute Auto retail sales goals and objectives
Hire, train, manage, motivate and develop a team
Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external customers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports

Requirements:

4+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience

Nice to have:

Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influence skills
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to participate in the development and implementation of sales and service goals
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Auto finance experience
Previous experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
